| Weldon &Sons is a Design/Build construction company. We do custom design and also existing plan modification. Most of our design work is for clients who are also having us build the project. We also do owner-builder designs and “to the weather” house shells for owners to finish inside. We do plans for custom homes,additions and remodeling. The construction side of the business does residential and light commercial new construction,remodeling and repairs. We work with our own plans or with plans provided by others. We use a CAD computer program to draw plans. It draws both in 2-D and 3-D at the same time. The 2-D drawings are used for the building plans.
